You don’t have to do this alone
Everyone’s journey with food is different, and sometimes eating can feel stressful, overwhelming, or even frightening. Whether you’re navigating an eating disorder, recovering from past food trauma, or struggling with food anxiety, you don’t have to face it alone.
Working with a registered dietitian trained in both eating disorder recovery and oncology nutrition, you’ll receive personalized guidance that supports your medical needs, emotional wellbeing, and long-term relationship with food.
Together, we focus on:
Rebuilding trust with food – Learn to eat without fear, guilt, or restriction.
Body confidence & self-compassion – Heal the emotional connection with your body.
Practical, personalized nutrition strategies – Support your health, energy, and strength.
Long-term sustainable habits – Create a plan that fits your life, not rigid rules.
Whether you’re actively managing an eating disorder, recovering from one, or dealing with food challenges alongside another health condition, our goal is the same: helping you feel calm, confident, and safe around food again.
